Consultation
Every great session starts with connection. We’ll chat about your dog’s personality, what makes them special, and the kind of images that make your heart happy. From there, we’ll craft a plan for the perfect location, lighting, and artwork that feels fun, relaxed, and completely authentic to your life together.

We’ll create a relaxed, playful environment that lets their true personality unfold - whether they’re full of energy, exploring new places, or easing into the day at their own pace. You don’t need to worry about perfect behavior; I’ll follow their lead and capture the moments that make them uniquely them.

1–2 weeks after your session, we’ll reconnect, either in person or over Zoom to unveil your proofing gallery. Fall in love with your images as we select all of your favorites and design artwork that perfectly complements your space and style. Session Details
Your portrait experience is all about the unique bond you share with your best friend. Together we'll spend ample time at the location of your choosing under beautiful natural light, capturing authentic moments that reflect both of your personalities. No forced, uncomfortable, or awkward posing - just genuine connection at a pace that works best for you and your four legged friends.
Sessions typically last from about 45-90 minutes, depending on our goals, while adventure sessions are typically half to full days packed full of fun and exploring. The end result is a collection of gorgeous, emotionally rich images that reflect your horse or dog exactly as they are.
Your session fee includes:
An optional phone consultation to plan your session details.
A fully customized dog or equine portrait session experience.
A private client portal for session planning and image delivery.
Professional master retouching including leash and blemish removal.
One matted 8x10 archival keepsake print (a $250 value)
A guided image reveal to select your favorites and design your artwork.
Session Fee: $195
Please note that your session fee does not include digital files. Images and artwork are selected and purchased separately during your image reveal and ordering appointment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely! Travel fees are waived for clients in North Idaho and Eastern Washington, however, I'm more than happy to accommodate your session anywhere in the United States! Travel fees are based off of location, duration of stay, and number of clients being photographed - please inquire for a custom quote.
I closely monitor the weather leading up to your session to ensure we have the best possible conditions for beautiful light and a relaxed experience. If it looks like the weather won’t cooperate, you fall ill, or an emergency comes up, we’ll simply move your session to another day that works for both of us. Please note that session dates are reserved exclusively for you and can only be moved in extenuating circumstances. Outside of those cases, a new session fee is required to secure a new date and time.
Every session is completely custom, so your total investment will depend on what we create together. The session fee is $195 which reserves your date and includes the full photography experience and one 8x10 keepsake print plus the matching digital file. Additional images (including digital) and artwork are purchased separately during your image reveal and ordering appointment. Most clients invest about $1,500 to $4,000 between favorite images and artwork or an album for their home, though there are beautiful options available whether you’d like to spend a little less or indulge in a full custom collection.
Absolutely! Gift certificates are available starting at $195 which covers the session fee and gives the recipient a credit to kickstart their final image and product selections. Gift certificates are a wonderful way to celebrate birthdays, holidays, or milestones with a truly personal experience. Gift certificates are available in digital format only at this time and are provided via the gifter's email.
While I believe every image deserves to be seen and enjoyed in print - whether framed on your wall or preserved in a beautiful album - I also understand the convenience of having digital copies. Too often, digital files end up tucked away on devices, rarely to be seen again, but I want you to have the option for either. Digital-only collections are available, and every printed image you choose includes a complimentary matching digital file, so your memories can live both in your hands and at your fingertips.
Each digital file includes a limited personal print release up to 11x14 in size. Larger pieces are considered statement artwork, and I believe they should be printed exactly as envisioned - on professional materials with accurate color and timeless quality. Because consumer print labs are not calibrated to professional standards, I cannot guarantee their results. To preserve the integrity of your images, all large prints are produced through my private professional lab, where every piece is crafted with care and precision and come with a color and quality satisfaction guarantee.
Sessions often book several weeks to a few months in advance, especially during busy seasons. I recommend reaching out as soon as possible to secure your preferred date.
