Animals have a way of shaping our lives in quiet but profound ways. The bond we share with them becomes part of our story, one that deserves to be seen and remembered. That belief is what fuels my work and sets the foundation for how I photograph dogs, horses, and the people who love them.

Horses have always been my first love, a devotion only the truly horse-crazy understand. Growing up eventing and restarting off-the-track Thoroughbreds, I spent every spare moment at the barn, where my passion naturally evolved into storytelling through photography. With more than two decades behind the camera, what began as a personal passion grew into my life’s work, leading me to officially launch my business in early 2022. Since then, I’ve traveled across the United States capturing prestigious horse shows, creating signature portraits for equestrians and pet owners, and crafting fine art pieces that celebrate the bonds we share with our animals.

I believe the most meaningful portraits come from genuine connection, not just technique. Every session begins with getting to know your story - your vision, your animals, and your bond - so together we can create imagery that feels effortless, authentic, and deeply personal. With 14 years of experience as a veterinary technician in both large and small animal medicine, along with an extensive background in animal behavior and training, I bring a calm, intuitive approach to every session. I’m able to read subtle cues, prioritize safety, and work with your animal - not against them - allowing for images that feel relaxed and natural. My goal is simple: to provide a joyful experience and timeless portraits that honor the relationships and moments you cherish most.

At the heart of everything I do is my faith in Jesus. He shapes how I see the world, how I serve others, and how I approach my life’s work. I believe the bond we share with our animals is a gift from Him, and that these relationships reflect His goodness in such a tangible way. I am constantly reminded that these moments matter, and that I am called to serve with love, integrity, and understanding. My work is both a responsibility and a gift - an honor to preserve what is meaningful, not just as beautiful images, but as a reflection of the life and blessings we’ve been given.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll almost always find my Australian Cattle Dog, Jade, by my side exploring the outdoors - hiking, skiing, kayaking, or discovering new places (coffee in hand, of course). Based in North Idaho, I serve clients across Washington, Oregon, Montana, and beyond, and I’m always happy to travel wherever your story takes me.
