There is something magical about winter in North Idaho. The way the cold air catches in the light, the soft breath of a horse, and the quiet hush of snow settling over the mountain pines creates a feeling that is hard to put into words. It is honestly one of my favorite times of year to pick up a camera.

We dressed some of our favorite four legged friends in wreaths and Santa hats and honestly they were such good sports about it.
